This week was pretty good, not doing too much in classes since it was a new grading period and not getting any homework for the first few, which was hella surprising since that never happens. On Thursday though I barely had time to sleep because I had a debate competition on Friday and I had to prepare for it, and then wake up at around 5 am to get ready because it was about a 2 hour drive. My patience was really put to the test bot only because I got almost no sleep but also because the competition was so long and so boring that I had to sit in a room for about 7 hours talking about the things I had been preparing for. I honestly much have rather been in school because it was so damn boring, my virtue of patience has been developing a lot these few weeks.

  1. Sorry to hear that you'd rather be in school that at the debate... that's how you know it's bad lol. BUT I think it's good for you to keep your patience in situations like that because that is how you become virtuous (keeping in practice). Don't give up and continue to work on patience as well as your virtues and I hope you get some sleep :)

  2. My patience was tested at the debate conference too. I would've much rather been at school too. I wish you luck in the future with your patience because you were patient at the debate conference and I have seen an improvement over time. I look forward to see your progress in the end.
